Rules
RP game compulsory and therefore :
- Unjustified killing (including carkill) is severely punished
- Propkill, propsurf, propblock prohibited
- No Metagaming (information must be acquired by communicating)
- Check the law laid down by the mayor
- Don't go to a hitman for no reason
- Shop/house hold-ups can only be carried out with a minimum of two people.
- No FreeArrest (compulsory handcuffs)
- We use RP materials
- Usebug/Glitch prohibited
- Robbery max €2,000
It's also good manners:
- Disrespectful behaviour outside the RP is severely punished
- No spam mike, just listen to yourself talk

- DJ, he's the one who sets the mood on the dancefloor!
- Barman, feeling thirsty?
- Bouncer, nightclub bouncer. He opens and closes the door and charges admission.
- SWAT Boss, You lead SWAT, directing your team to the right events in the event of extreme danger. You work in conjunction with the FBI.
- FBI, You respond to the orders of the FBI Agent. You investigate trafficking in drugs, children, women, crimes against nature, murders... You prevent attacks. The SWAT team can intervene on your behalf once you have evidence.
- Cripz, You're part of the Cripz gang. You're not afraid of crime. You hate the Bloodz.
- Blooz, you're part of the Bloodz gang. You're not afraid of crime. You hate the Cripz.
- Godfather, you must lead the Mafia's life of crime so that it discreetly dominates the city.
- Money launderer, You are an (illegal) money launderer. Your contact is outside the bank.

VIP+ :
- All VIP jobs
- FBI agent, you investigate trafficking in drugs, children, women, crimes against nature, murder... You prevent attacks. SWAT can intervene on your behalf once you have evidence.
- Chief Gangster, You're the head of the city's gangsters. You're in charge of hold-ups, drug manufacturing and racketeering dealers. High protection recommended. You can also get paid to kill targets.
- Yakuza, Fear of anything! You're a real scumbag!
- Hitman, You get paid to kill someone. You take the money and ask no questions.
- Terrorist: You carry out attacks to defend your cause, albeit for a reason (a bad mayor, for example).
- Pyromaniac, you set fire to everything you don't like! You'll end up in jail, but hey... You can take advantage of that to get paid to sort out the affairs of other outlaws.
CONTRIBUTOR :

- Rambo, you're a lone soldier, you're heavily armed. You defend the widow and the orphan...
- Rapist, You may not look like much, but you rape anyone who's sexy. Rape is your weapon, and you don't hesitate to use it to get what you want. You use it to shake down prostitutes.
- Iron Man, You are THE Iron Man! You fly across the city to stop villains of all kinds. Your goal: either convince them to stop, or nuke them!
Become a Modo / Admin
All admins will go through the modo box. Selections are made by UltimateByte and Crauzen. You must be over 16 years old (over 18 widely preferred) and submit your application in writing on the forum. Right this way! Think of it as a professional cover letter: we want to know your age, your availability, your vision of a modo and the reasons why you want to be one, but also why you rather than someone else, and what you intend to contribute.
Controls
- Committing suicide => Go to the console and type : kill | Alternatively, you can assign a key to this action using the console, for example : bind k kill
- Flying (Noclip for admins) => via the console : bind x noclip | Use x to press the key of your choice.
- Display welcome message : => Type !motd in the cat.

La Mesnie is delighted to present its new, freshly coded DarkRP MesnieCity!

Crauzen and I (aged about 25) are the founders, and we've done it up really nicely.
We are currently supported by two modos (recruitment in progress).
The moment we've all been waiting for has arrived: the launch!
Goal: Best French DarkRP! The players who've come so far told us at the start of coding "that's promising!" and now they're basically saying "this is the best server OMG what's there! And that's just the beginning!
Presentation
Our growing multigaming community on Garry's Mod has almost 500 members. Our website http://www.mesnie.org has 2,500 visitors per week and nearly 50,000 page views.
MesnieCity is the 7th Garry's Mod server in Mesnie and the 2nd DarkRP (the first being TwerkCity, which was regularly ranked in the top 30 GMod servers worldwide according to GameTracker).
We have our TeamSpeak 512 slots ( ts.mesnie.org / no password / channel switch rights by user groups) as well as our forum for various requests and exchanges. http://www.mesnie.org/forum/
Our members should preferably be over 16, as we are not a children's community, but we do tolerate players under 16 who know how to behave and play RP.
We favour a good-natured family spirit, where everyone knows each other and where respect for respectable people is the only absolute condition.

- The DJ who can play music (with the radio or VIS box)
- The barman who sells alcohol for the DJ

- Drug manufacturers, who can also sell drugs (the effects can be interesting, with jumps and speed, but beware of losing your life!)
- The manufacturer of Crystal Meth, a real challenge to keep it from exploding, but a huge gain in the end
- The hacker who can crack ATMs, stop vehicles, see through the vision of other players...
- The Banker who has access to various printers and sells printer upgrades
- A homeless man who can play his guitar and throw his shoes at people who don't give him any money.
- Rambo with grenade launcher
- The Rapist who can really rape, and has a plastic knife that hurts
- The Femmes de joie (prostitutes) who give pleasure by treating people

As you can see, there's a lot of fun in store! A server that's already up and running. No crashes so far in just a few days of opening and fine-tuning (and sometimes already more than 25 players).
