But it's clear that few people still play it, and that we're a multigaming community that now mainly plays games that have little to do with the Middle Ages.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-388\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mesnie.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/gif_dictionnaire-264x300.gif\" alt=\"gif_dictionary\" width=\"102\" height=\"116\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Above all, we are faced with a major problem that we could have foreseen but which we realise as time goes by: \"mesnie\" means nothing to most people. Even if some of us appreciate the fraternal side of the name, most people have no idea what it means, so it doesn't appeal to them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To raise our profile, we thought about a new name, and after a lot of soul-searching and a lot of suggestions...<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-385\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mesnie.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Steam001-300x176.jpg\" alt=\"Steam001\" width=\"300\" height=\"176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/terageek.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Steam001-300x176.jpg 300w, https:\/\/terageek.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Steam001-400x235.jpg 400w, https:\/\/terageek.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Steam001.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-376\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mesnie.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/vapor.jpg\" alt=\"vapor\" width=\"298\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/terageek.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/vapor.jpg 400w, https:\/\/terageek.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/vapor-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 298px) 100vw, 298px\" \/>Above all, we were looking for a name that would be more evocative of Gaming first and foremost, of the quirky side, and if possible that would make it clear that we are a French-speaking community and that we play on PCs.<\/p>\n<p>We have therefore selected <strong>www.vapeurgaming.com<\/strong>in honour of Steam and Valve, which are at the heart of gaming for many gamers. Our theme and logo would take some inspiration from Steam, and our identity could then be more pronounced, particularly as a community of PC gamers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So, for or against?
