And yes, our machines are expensive, very expensive! It's the price we have to pay to ensure that we don't run out of resources while being well protected from DDoS attacks. As you know, it's me (UltimateByte) who receives the monthly bill of almost €200 for our beloved server, and at the moment I'm subject to difficult personal finances... La Mesnie isn't just a community for playing together! If you're a regular and have an idea for a server, suggest it and I'll host it! If it can generate income and help La Mesnie survive, all the better, but if it can bring in players and keep the community going, that's already great and I wouldn't ask for anything more!
Collaboration with LGSM !
For many people, this name means nothing... And yet it's a script that many game server administrators use every day! It lets you easily install and restart your game servers, TeamSpeak or Mumble in the event of a crash! As part of the project development team, I recently added support for the Hurtworld server for Linux! I'll soon be adding a script for automatically creating FastDLs, as well as a script for automatically downloading and updating addons from github or in .zip format! I can now enhance the server management tools myself, which opens up some pretty huge possibilities!
More servers to come... and maybe more!
