Your SteamID identifies you on Steam and Valve games, and you may need it for a number of reasons (to become an admin, to be debriefed, etc.).
You'll need the console if you don't have it, follow this tutorial first !

I speak close to the microphone with a good sound, stoo, and it's precisely because I make sound that I know how to do it like I'm 10 years old and 30 kilos heavier :D-

I rec'd the voice with the windows sound on the same track so it has some limitations ;)
